Responsibilities
Consultation: Talk with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice.
Client Engagement: Initiate relationships with prospect to understand their evolving insurance requirements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the full range of Allstate Insurance products to provide knowledgeable insights to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of a valid Nevada state insurance license.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related area, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated skills in closing sales and achieving personal and team sales goals.
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client schedules and company demands.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and organize a diverse workload efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Own Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
