Job DescriptionLearn and perform basic electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations and setup of new equipment in customer sites while providing customer support via telephone on general operation and machinery troubleshooting. Responsibilities include : Install, test, and verify proper operation of equipment in compliance with specificationsEvaluate and resolve machine problems at customer sites or by phoneTrain customers (and in some instances, fellow employees) to optimize machine performanceCommunicate ideas, problems, and solutions (verbally and written) to co-workers and customersPrepare written service reports and other technical documentationRequirements2 years Electronics Degree or electronics / avionics military experience equivalentMilitary technical experience (electronics) or technical industry experience (especially electronics)Basic understanding of the fabrication industry and shop operations is a PLUSCurrent valid drivers' license is required due to the necessary extensive local travelBenefitsFull Comprehensive Benefits Plan
