Job Description
Utilize professional communication skills and mechanical and electrical knowledge to test, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical problems on machining products. Services are provided on-site at customer facilities and remotely via telephone if the situation permits. Duties include :
- Travel to local customer locations to diagnose technical problems and perform on-site repairs
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair / rebuild electrical and mechanical systems
- Examine machines mechanically and perform repairs by dismantling and rebuilding mechanical system
- Diagnose technical problems and troubleshooting via telephone if possible
- Utilize schematics, drawings, and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems
