Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general upkeep of outdoor areas including our pools.
Duties
- Perform regular maintenance tasks using power tools and hand tools to ensure the upkeep of facilities and grounds.
- Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and irrigation of gardens and lawns.
- Assist with groundskeeping duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all landscaping equipment and tools.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of multiple pool and Hot tubs on the property
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscape projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris and waste appropriately.
Experience
- Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must have Pool maintenance experience
