Position Summary:
The IT Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and supporting the company’s technology infrastructure. This individual ensures seamless IT operations across all locations, provides technical support, maintains network security, and optimizes systems to enhance both guest and employee experiences. The role requires a hands-on, service-oriented professional capable of balancing daily troubleshooting with long-term technology improvements that align with the company’s high-end brand standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Technical Support & Systems Maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting across all locations.
- Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including WiFi, networking, computers, printers, and other devices.
- Ensure reliable phone and internet connectivity at all locations, providing secure WiFi for employees and guests.
- Oversee IT support functions, including troubleshooting and proactive maintenance of network systems, security cameras, and hardware.
User & Employee Support
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings across company systems.
- Oversee on/off-boarding processes, ensuring seamless IT setup for new and departing employees.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage vendor relationships, including ISPs, software providers, and external IT support.
- Coordinate with external contractors for major IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
Security & Compliance
- Oversee and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras and network security protocols.
- Implement and document best practices for data retention and system security.
IT Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, track software licenses, and manage total cost of ownership for systems.
- Oversee IT asset inventory, including workstations, tablets, networking equipment, and printers.
Training & Documentation
- Develop and implement training materials for staff on IT best practices and systems usage.
- Maintain clear documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.

Requirements:Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration preferably in a hospitality, luxury, or multi-location business.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, booking platforms, and network infrastructure.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple locations.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, including networking, security systems, cloud solutions, and enterprise software.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications, cybersecurity best practices, and IT compliance regulations and MacOS.
- Understanding of enterprise-level VoIP and phone system management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple locations.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and drive innovation.
Special Considerations:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel as necessary.
- Ability to effectively/clearly communicate
- Ability to occasionally lift and or carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel for business purposes.
- Ability to safely climb and work on a ladder when needed.
