What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Market Associate position at Milk House Farm Market?
Milk House Farm Market is a poultry, flower and vegetable farm located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA. Our on farm market is open from 9 to 6 every day. We are looking for someone to work in our store helping customers and performing tasks associated with the running of the farm store. Job responsibilities are related to customer service, meeting and exceeding sales expectations, washing, packaging, or bunching our produce, eggs, and flowers, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and creating market displays. Ideal candidates have experience in retail sales, with interests in cooking, juicing, healthy eating, and sustainable farming. This is a physical job and requires stamina as you are on your feet and carrying things constantly during your shift, including up and down steps, and over uneven ground.
