What you’ll be UP TO:
- Engage with the Milk Makeup community via comments & DMs leveraging the established tone and personality of the brand
- Source UGC and support full-time Community Coordinator in tracking UGC
- Support community management & posting on weekends
- Support the ideation, strategy, and posting of Threads.
- Supporting the ideation and posting of the Milk Makeup community on TYB.
- Support Social Team with community monthly reporting & competitive analysis
- Stay up to date with social trends and the cultural zeitgeist, identifying community-first opportunities for social activation/amplification
- Occasionally film and edit trends for Milk Makeup social platforms
- Identify opportunities for the brand to participate in trends, moments, and conversations
It’d be CHILL if you had:
- Lover of all things beauty with a focus on community building on Social
- Interest or experience in learning to build community in both digital and real world situations
- Have an eye for existing and emerging trends in beauty, fashion, music, Media/entertainment, arts and culture
- Experience and/or interest in beauty is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail- oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and prioritize/problem solve
- Experience shooting and editing content for social
- Interest in both qualitative quantitative research preferred
- Experience in or openness to create competitive analysis reports
- Eagerness to synthesize learning to create strategic innovation as it pertains to community and social media
- Interest in exploring new social platforms and developing competitive reports on how other brands use those new platforms
- Eager to engage on social
- Passion and/or background in social and environmental sustainability
- Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and Indesign a plus
