Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Attends to customers in person and by phone, and maintains a clean store
• Baking is a requirement of this role, so it requires product handing and abiding by specific work instructions to guarantee all product meets company quality standards
• Cake/pastry decorating is a requirement of this role, so decorating experience is preferred
• Performs all duties related to the execution of the order fulfillment process, which includes customer pickup, delivery orders, and local delivery as a driver when applicable
• Assists in greeting customers, taking orders, fulfilling orders, and using the Point-of-Sale system
• Preparing and assembling orders and verifying completeness for accuracy
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
• Product preparation, sales, customer service, and facility operations
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate great attendance
• Participates with on-the-job training for new team members
• Performing opening and/or closing procedures
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries and/or concerns in person and by phone
• Must be friendly and possess excellent communication skills for in-person and phone communications.
• Must be collaborative, team orientated, and foster a positive can-do attitude with the team.
• Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, work ethic, and ability to handle high volume, and time sensitive environments
• Executes daily tasks and responsibilities with integrity and accuracy

• Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout shift.
• Maintain valid Food Handler Certificate
• Must be comfortable using various kitchen equipment, including convection ovens, mixers, etc.
• Must be able to drive a motorized delivery vehicle (small car) and have a clean driving record for assisting with customer deliveries as needed

Physical requirements:

· Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and high-volume kitchen environment

· Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and follow and obey all traffic laws
