Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Senior Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating the operations of Actus Nutrition's infrastructure and the technology staff that are responsible for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of these infrastructure systems.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of previous Network and Systems Administration experience in a multi-facility organization, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the management, design and implementation of IT infrastructure systems. They will also have excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ITIL/ITSM Knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the systems technical staff and trusted partners to design and build a global architecture and roadmap to enhance Actus Nutrition's infrastructure systems and applications.
- Ensures that systems backups are completed in a timely manner and are protected from ransomware or similar harm; ensures that test restores are performed routinely to validate the integrity of our backups and to assess our preparedness for recovery.
- Leads creation of standards for new technology.
