We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in New Holstein, WI.
The starting hourly wage for this position is $28.50 on 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday), with an additional $0.60 shift differential.

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance duties for buildings and equipment.
- Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
- Ensure optimal boiler performance, water, and air quality.
- Mainly focus on PM logs.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including welding (sanitary and structural).
- Troubleshoot production equipment efficiently.
- Keep management informed of potential issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sanitation log records.
- Certified to operate the forklift.
- Fully comply with LOTO, PRCS, and all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of prior maintenance experience, or equivalent skills in a food processing plant.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
- Show willingness to learn, take initiative, and successfully complete Forklift License Certification.
