About the Role
The Merchandise Planner will play a critical role in driving financial performance through strategic inventory management and data-driven merchandise planning. This role is responsible for analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and optimizing stock levels to align with company goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Merchandise Planner will ensure that product strategies enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and execute seasonal merchandise plans, including inventory strategies, pricing, and promotional schedules to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create buying and assortment plans that align with business objectives
