What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping - 1st Shift Wash Dock Worker position at Milkco?
Milkco is seeking a Wash Dock Worker to work on 1st shift. Candidates will repair all Class A pallets using a nail gun. Candidates will wash every trailer before it is moved from the Wash Dock to the Shipping Yard. The position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, and occasional Saturdays.

Employment Requirements:
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
- Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
Compensation Information:
- Automatic 60-Day Pay Review
- Automatic Annual Pay Review

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day on a concrete floor.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
Experience
- Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
- Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
- Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
