- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Supervise and train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and manage pricing strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and high performance.
- Assist in payroll management by tracking employee hours and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of store staff.
Skills
