POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll receive hands-on training to master our menu, uphold our brand standards, and create delicious treats while keeping our store running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Prepare milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates to perfection.
- Offer product recommendations and samples to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stockroom, coolers, and freezers.
- Assist with store promotions and seasonal displays.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Be a team player—jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
