JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Position reports to Foreman/Division Manager
- Installation of patios, landscape materials, lighting, retaining walls, plantings, and irrigation systems.
- Grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, blowing, and pruning.
- Maintain an orderly job site and job trailers
- Understand and enforce Mill Brothers Landscape Group safety and operational procedures
- Support, promote, and assume responsibility for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Off Season Snow clearance
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally. This position is physical in nature and requires constant movement and exposure to the elements.
- Equipment operation experience of skid loaders, track loaders, excavators, power tools, hand tools a plus.
- A valid Colorado driver’s license is a plus but not required
- This position requires night and weekend work during the off season for snow removal operations.
- Bilingual in Spanish very helpful
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Industry experience a plus but not required.
