JOB TITLE: Maintenance Crew Lead Full Time, Hourly Position
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Position reports to Production Manager and Account Managers • Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group (“Company”) in all activities • Understand and follow the Company safety and operational policies • Perform and supervise landscape management, to include, but not limited to:
- Mowing operations
- Bed care
- Pruning
- General grounds care
REQUIRED SKILLS: • Must have a valid driver’s license and be accepted to operate Company vehicles by Mill Brothers Landscape group’s insurance carrier as a condition of employment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both part of part of a team, and independently • Must be able to accept direction and execute directives, as given • Strong communications skills • Exceptional time and organizational skills • Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • No minimum education requirements, HS diploma or GED preferred • 1 years landscape management experience • Bi Lingual in English and Spanish
COMPENSATION: • Hourly Pay: $23.16-25.00 Depending on experience • Sick Time • Benefits: 50% Company funded health insurance • Dental, Vision, and Accident insurance available
