We are currently seeking a Windows & Door Installer Helper to support our skilled installation team and ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of residential and commercial doors and windows.
- Help ensure proper fit, alignment, and sealing to meet quality standards.
- Prepare job sites by unloading materials and setting up necessary tools.
- Safely use hand and power tools under supervision.
- Remove old doors, windows, and materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on job sites.
- Support the lead installer with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction or a similar trade is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop installation skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Familiarity with construction tools and methods preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Salary : $16 - $19
