We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service and as we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fireplace Service Coordinator. As a Fireplace Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery and installation of fireplaces to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all fireplace installations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting customer expectations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fireplace installation projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Communicate with customers to schedule installations and address questions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and complete understanding of customer requirements and preferences.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the availability and timely delivery of windows and related materials.
- Schedule and dispatch installation crews, ensuring that they have the necessary information and resources to complete each project.
- Monitor installation progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring that installations are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of installation projects, including customer information, project details, and any changes or modifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to fireplace installations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices related to fireplace installations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project coordination or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Must be mobile and can lift up to 80 lbs. as needed.
- Forklift experience desired but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also independently managing tasks.
- Knowledge of fireplace installation processes, products, and materials is a plus.
