Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine medical tests and procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Provide compassionate care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and home care environments.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for documentation and communication purposes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and available resources.
