POSITION : Seasonal Golf Course Player Services Attendant
FIRST LINE REPORT : Head Golf Professional
SECOND LINE REPORT : Director of Golf & Recreation
EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Part-Time Seasonal
EXEMPT / NON-EXEMPT : Non-Exempt
SUMMARY : The Seasonal Golf Course Player Services Attendant is primarily responsible for cart cleaning and record keeping for the Mill Creek MetroParks Golf Course. The Seasonal Golf Course Player Services Attendant position reports directly to the Head Golf Professional. This position is suitable for transitional duty.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean carts including sweeping, washing and wiping down before customer use
- Remove trash and other items left in cart / around facility
- Ensure the cart is stocked with score cards and pencils
- Record cart numbers for Golf Shop Attendants and Managers
- Report any damage
- Park and fill gas of golf carts during the day when required
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance in all assigned areas by performing daily trash removal and restroom cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
