Mill Falls at the Lake - Resort Collection is seeking a few great customer service agents to welcome our guests!
Job Summary -
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, Issue room keys
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Pre-register, block reservations and, as appropriate, take same day and future reservations. Cancel room reservations according to policies and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or resort operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
