We are seeking applicants for our apprenticeship program who are mechanically inclined, good with their hands, and interested in learning new skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Train on performing repairs for various production departments' machinery.
- Learn measuring with calipers and micrometers.
- Operate saws, drill presses, lathes, and milling machines.
- Perform increased machining tasks and more complex repairs over time.
- Transition to a role such as Machinist/Mechanic or Machine Set-Up/Operator in various departments after completion of training program (up to 18 months).
Requirements:
- Must have mechanical ability.
- Must have good visual attentiveness.
- Knowledge of, and experience using, equipment such as drill press, grinders, lathes, and/or milling machines preferred.
- High School diploma required.
Details:
- Reports to Department Manager.
- Full-time, Hourly employee.
- First shift; Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
