Junior Product Support Engineer

Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has a great opportunity available to join our Engineering Team in Oyster Bay, New York.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical product support for customer inquiries
• Create and maintain product drawings
• Provide timely responses and regular updates on customer inquiries
• Proactively keep management informed of critical customer issues/concerns
• Collaborate with manufacturing in the development of new products and improving existing designs and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows and 3D Modeling Software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Ability to analyze and design based on mechanical concepts using CAD software. 
• Excellent communication skills, complemented by a strong desire to leverage problem solving skills.
• Ability to work on a team or independently.

Job Details:

• Reports to Department Manager
• Full-Time Salaried Employee
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
• Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 annually
