Job Description
- Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses to develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for potential adverse reactions.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services to maintain patient health.
- Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BLS Provider Certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
