The Infection Control Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of infection prevention and control within our facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clinically complex patients, utilize the latest technology, and contribute to our infection prevention program.
Responsibilities
* Oversight of the wound care program* Develops and maintains active Infection Control program* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective infection prevention practices
Requirements
* Current, valid state LPN or RN license* Current, valid CPR certification required* Wound Care Certification (WCC)* Infection Preventionist certification, preferred but not required* Availability to work hours including 12 PM - 8:30 PM
