Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring prompt, friendly, and attentive service
- Manage private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
- Coordinate with clients to customize event details, including menus, décor, and logistics
- Collaborate with our culinary and beverage teams to ensure exceptional food and drink experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase event bookings
- Train and mentor service staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
- Maintain open communication with our management team to ensure seamless execution of events and service
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve our service and events
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a service or events management role, preferably in a high-end or upscale casual environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of event planning software, point-of-sale systems, and customer relationship management tools
- Certification in hospitality, events, or a related field preferred (e.g., CMP, CWP)
