The School Receptionist is often the first point of contact with Mill Springs Academy. The receptionist must maintain an enthusiastic disposition, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to assist all members of the Mill Springs Academy community and its guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the School and its leadership to promote the mission and values of the school.
- Serve parents, teachers, students. and guests who come into the office for assistance
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Announce calls and visitors to the offices.
- Ensure the reception area maintains a clean and professional appearance.
- Maintain student sign-out books.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and order more as needed or requested.
- Distribute certification of attendance forms for students seeking their driver's license when appropriate.
- Other assigned duties : maintain Level Spreadsheets weekly, update faculty calendar as needed
- Communicate with and assists parents, teachers, support staff, and school leadership in line with the school's core values and mission
- Respond to all school-related written correspondence, phone calls, voicemails, and emails within 24 business hours
