This is a role ideal for someone with a passion for scaling businesses through production and editing, with a creative and technical eye for those areas.
Job Description:
This person will be our lead videographer and photographer for all of our businesses. We’re looking for someone who has an equal passion and skillset in both areas.
We’re seeking someone proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar. A major focus for this role is the ability to conduct interviews and craft documentary-style storytelling edits, especially for content related to our nonprofit and our commercial tenants.
We’re looking for someone who shows initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and wants to apply their creativity across multiple industries—ranging from real estate to a nonprofit, coworking space, and more.
What You’ll Work On:
A glimpse of what’s currently mapped out — with room to expand and evolve as we lean into your strengths.
Videography
Scripting, coordinating, filming, and editing of:
High school diploma or GED
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional experience in videography and photography, either through prior full-time employment or freelancing. A strong portfolio showcasing your work in both video production and photography is essential.

- Property & community highlight videos (Residential)
- Member highlight videos (The Press)
- Event promos and highlight videos (All businesses)
- Two podcasts, including light audio production and mixing (Millan Foundation & The Press)
- Documentary-style videos (All businesses)
- General advertising videos (All businesses)
- Training/onboarding videos (All businesses)
- Lifestyle & product photography (employee headshots, event coverage, products, etc.)
- Real estate photography (interiors, exteriors, aerials, and 3D Matterport tours)
- Responsible for ensuring our listings are published to our website, Zillow, etc
- Puts out physical rent signs when needed

Travel Responsibilities:
- Requires a mixture of office desk work and travel to various locations in Clarksville, TN, and surrounding areas
- Occasional after-hours events will require a marketing presence to capture content and engage with the community
- Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions
- Moderate Infrequent Exertion: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time
