Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 20lbs.
Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, Adobe.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are required.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members alike.

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9-3pm with occasional evening and weekend hours.
The ideal candidate will be a welcome ambassador providing excellent customer service to members, visitors, partners, and staff while managing various administrative tasks as part of the Member Experience team. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and capable of multitasking in an often-busy environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Greet visitors, members, volunteers and staff warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, in addition to running various reports.
- Stocking office supplies and keeping accurate count of merchandise.
- Assist with special projects or any administrative duties as assigned by managers and staff.
- Keep front office, lobby and conference room neat and organized - including moving items to, around and out of the storage warehouse.
- Responding to and sending emails.
- Receiving and distributing incoming packages as well as preparing outgoing packages as needed.
- Participation in special events.
- Other duties as assigned.
