POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist & Business Partner to support both operational HR functions and strategic workforce initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a people-focused HR professional who can balance day-to-day HR tasks while advising leadership on talent, culture, and growth strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations & Compliance (HR Generalist Duties)
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
- Lead recruitment initiatives and candidate screening processes
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures.
Talent Strategy & Employee Engagement (HRBP Duties)
