Pool Guard Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining the safety of our pool area. If you are a confident communicator with excellent observational skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Observe pool activities and intervene promptly in case of an emergency.
- Communicate effectively with members to ensure their safety and understanding of pool rules.
- Collaborate with the Pool Director to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
- Deliver first aid and CPR training to staff and members as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- American Red Cross certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
