We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Snack Bar Attendant to join our team. The Snack Bar Attendant will be responsible for ensuring Member satisfaction by providing high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized snack bar area. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Responsibilities :
- Take food and beverage orders for Members and enter into the POS system
- Deliver orders to Members
- Ensure the snack bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be restocked.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as washing dishes, wiping counters, and sweeping / mopping the floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient snack bar operation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
