We are seeking a dedicated K-2 Special Education Teacher in Phoenix, AZ . The ideal candidate will bring a passion for supporting young learners with diverse needs, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a creative approach to fostering academic and personal growth. In this role, you will provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. This will be a Structured Austism Level 2 classroom.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement
- 2 years of experience working with students in K-2 or early childhood settings
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Strong understanding of early childhood developmental milestones and best practices
