In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing the needs of students with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges that affect their ability to participate fully in school activities. Your duties include developing and implementing individualized intervention plans, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create supportive learning environments, and providing direct therapy to help students improve their fine motor skills, self-care abilities, and overall functional performance in the classroom. Your ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, adapt to the unique needs of each student, and advocate for inclusive educational practices will be essential in promoting student success and well-being.

Job Requirements:
- 2 years of pediatric clinical experience or elementary school experience
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in the field of OT
- Sensory Integration Certification
- Licensure through AZ Board of OT
- Good knowledge of medical/surgical/pediatric information and indication for OT treatment
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
