What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer School Teacher position at Millbury Memorial Jr/Sr High School?
Job Description: The Millbury Public Schools will sponsor a summer school program for students in grades 7-12. The program will run for four weeks and classes will be in session Monday-Friday.
The program will begin on Monday, June 24, 2024 and end on Friday, July 19, 2024. Interested teachers should submit a letter of intent, indicating which courses they would like to teach and the teaching licenses that they possess. All letters must be received on or before Friday, May 31, 2024.
It is anticipated that the following courses will be offered. However, the school district reserves the right to cancel courses, which do not have adequate enrollment.
Math & History- Algebra I/Math 1, Algebra II/Math II, Geometry/Math III, U.S. History I, U.S. History II, World History, Grade 7 & 8 Social Studies.
