We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Salary Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Ability to Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, balancing efforts and coordinating schedules to ensure accurate completion.
- Communicate daily with onsite foremen to discuss schedules and overall quality of jobs.
- Conducted weekly safety meetings with onsite foremen and general contractor safety requirements.
- Schedule & Oversee daily On site material deliveries.
- Monitore and adjusted board counts daily to ensure accurate budgeting.
- • Managed multiple million-dollar projects, including a six-level podium job featuring a deck wrap and
- two floors of metal framing.
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Engage supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to address work
procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Communicate updates to general contractors and subcontractors, providing real-time project
updates, highlights, and issues.
• Facilitate general contractor success by providing budget estimates, progress reports, and cost
tracking reports.
• Proactively facilitate and monitor quality and safety onsite to comply with construction methods and
regulations.
Projects: - Qualifications:
- Mandatory Previous experience in construction management
- Familiarity with construction management software QuickBid, OST, Autodesk, Procore, Microsoft Office
