Manage High-Volume Warm Leads :
Handle a large number of incoming leads, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and support.Engage and Qualify Customers :
Clearly explain various promotional packages to customers and assess their specific needs to determine the best fit.Collaborate with Team Members :
Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet client demands effectively and efficiently.Coach and Inspire :
Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, fostering their professional growth and career development.Promote a Positive Work Environment :
