Key Holders are responsible for providing an outstanding Branded Customer Experience to customers and performing operational duties that drive sales through honesty, integrity, product knowledge, merchandising, register functions, store cleanliness, and other related duties. Key Holder performs operational duties include: running the retail store that includes opening/closing, balancing till, daily inventory counts, ensuring store security, overseeing safety and assisting with customer sales and service. Associates must be courteous, efficient, and able to hand sell to customers so that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

Key Holders must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans and improving metrics through sales floor leadership
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks and assignments producing accurate work.

  • Ability to balance our guest experience with ongoing operational tasks.

Visual Merchandising Standards:

  • Maintain a visually inspiring store that is compelling to the guest.
  • Develop visual decision-making skills and effectively communicate our brand standards.
  • Utilize, lead, and deliver our visual brand standards to present our unique product mix.
  • Be passionate about the trends offered in the shop.

Operations Knowledge:

  • Understand, support, and enforce all company policies in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Perform, support, and supervise opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits, and securing the shop.
  • Protect the physical assets by assisting with weekly audits and physical inventory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
  • Comfortable being on single coverage at times.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Other Functions:

Assist Assistant Managers/Store Manager

Opening/Closing the Store

Must be able to lift 45 pounds

Must be 21 to apply

Must have STRONG product knowledge for consideration

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.75 per hour
