Role & Responsibilities
· Represent Millennial with integrity and expertise, serving as a resource for agency partners, brands, and publishers.
· Manage ongoing and upcoming client projects.
· Assist in identifying new business opportunities and creating outreach materials.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key agencies and brands.
· Provide high-level administrative support to a firm partner, including handling phone calls, scheduling, expense tracking, and travel coordination.
· Maintain event tracking, manage internal databases, and draft key client communications.
· Help coordinate client events, ensuring smooth execution and satisfaction, which may involve on-site attendance and/or travel.
· Work closely with team members across Millennial to ensure effective communication and deliver excellent service to both clients, colleagues, and partners.
Candidate
· Ambitious and Client-Focused: You are driven to excel in the entertainment industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.
· Relevant Experience: 1 - 2yrs previous experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment, ideally within sports entertainment or marketing.
· Exceptional Organizational Skills: You are adept at managing multiple tasks, keeping projects on schedule, and meeting tight deadlines.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
· Client Knowledge: Understanding of Millennial’s client base and a desire to contribute to the success of some of the most prominent figures in entertainment and culture.
