We are on the lookout for an experienced and skilled Quality Manager to lead with quality assurance efforts within the field of electronic manufacturing. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage quality policies specifically for electro-mechanical assembly and PCB soldering that align with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead, mentor, and train a dedicated quality inspection team to achieve and maintain key quality benchmarks and goals.
• Oversee and manage quality inspections, resolve non-conformities (NCRs), and effectively manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any quality-related issues, driving the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, track quality metrics, and maintain tools necessary for inspection processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality concerns, providing clear, accurate, and timely performance reports.
• Utilize data-driven analysis and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Take responsibility for setting and maintaining high standards for quality management, ensuring the products meet or exceed the clients' expectations.
