Summary|
One of our valued clients is seeking to hire Security Guards for multiple locations throughout the Baltimore area. As a Security Guard, you play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure and orderly environment within the facility and / or premises. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, from monitoring access points to responding to emergencies promptly. Through vigilant patrolling and effective communication, you contribute to the overall safety and well-being of our organization. Candidates with no experience are required to start at base pay, which is $15.00 A / H. Candidates with verified experience will be given an exam during their interview to determine starting pay.
Key Responsibilities|
- Access Control : Monitor and control access points, ensuring authorized entrance and departure.
- Safeguard against theft and maintain the security of the premises.
- Emergency Response : Act promptly in emergency situations, such as fires or the presence of unauthorized persons. Contact police or fire departments and follow established protocols to ensure a swift and effective response.
- Patrol and Order Maintenance : Conduct regular patrols throughout the premises to maintain order and protect property. Interact with visitors, patrons, and employees to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
- Alarm Response : Respond to alarms promptly, investigating disturbances and taking appropriate actions. Address any irregularities and report findings in a timely manner.
- Report Writing : Document daily activities, irregularities, equipment or property damage, theft, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
