JOB TITLE: Associate Automation Developer
Department: Strategy and Analytics
Classification: Exempt
Reports To: SeniorVice President, Strategy and Analytics
SUMMARY: Develop automated workflow solutions and tools/reports to measure the performance of internal teams, clients, and vendors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and maintain code used throughout the company for process/workflow automation.
· Monitor daily schedule to ensure flawless and timely execution of all automated tasks.
· Create reporting tools to help interpret and measure business performance.
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
COMPETENCIES:
- Expertise in data integration and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in T-SQL/SSMS.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SOAP & REST APIs.
- Familiarity JSON & XML manipulation.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with Visual Studio/VB.Net & VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
- Experience maintaining and updating legacy code/processes.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Capability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or similar field.
- 2 years proven experience with the aforementioned competencies.
Supervisory Responsibility: None internally
Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office environment and regularly utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
