The business has evolved from strictly aerospace engineering to a full scale vertically integrated manufacturer of general aviation seats and interiors.
As an established provider of interiors and seats, Millennium Concepts. is an FAA TSO/ETSO holder for cabin and crew seating systems and holds FAA and foreign supplemental type certificates (STC) and Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) authorizations.
Composite Inspection experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include: Inspects detail parts and assembly products for compliance with engineering blueprints and company standards; inspects incoming/outgoing parts/materials and test configurations; assists with static testing, ensures proper storage and inventory of parts and materials. Assists Shop Technicians when needed. Assists with completion of First Article Inspections. Works under the direct supervision of Quality Manager.

1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to five years previous related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
2. Proficient knowledge of and be able to operate the software and equipment used in the department. Proficient knowledge of Faro Arm. Software includes but is not limited to Microsoft Word. Computer skills must include ability to type and manage files.
3. Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
4. Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
5. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and supervisor.
6. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
7. Exhibits dependability, including following instructions; responding to supervisor’s direction; and taking responsibility for own actions.
8. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.
9. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines.
10. Must maintain high level of integrity and not allow persuasion from any faction to sway quality inspection findings
