Administrative Data Analyst

Description:

6 months. Hybrid 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:


  • Organize, maintain, and update appeal tracking system in support of data management efforts
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
  • Effectively and accurately conduct data entry tasks to keep records up to date
  • Assist in building and refining database queries to enable reporting and insights
  • Create marketing effort and segmentation to support donor acquisition, renewal, and upgrade activity
  • Develop direct marketing segments and A/B testing to identify strong affinity groups and increase appeal efficacy
  • Create and maintain scalable processes ensuring best practices in data integrity and cross-functional team data management
  • Oversee consistent deployment of constituent data across various channels to reinforce a fully integrated marketing approach
  • Develop new and manage current segments and selections for marketing efforts
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:


  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and reliability in all data processes
