Administrative Data Analyst
Description:
6 months. Hybrid 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update appeal tracking system in support of data management efforts
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
- Effectively and accurately conduct data entry tasks to keep records up to date
- Assist in building and refining database queries to enable reporting and insights
- Create marketing effort and segmentation to support donor acquisition, renewal, and upgrade activity
- Develop direct marketing segments and A/B testing to identify strong affinity groups and increase appeal efficacy
- Create and maintain scalable processes ensuring best practices in data integrity and cross-functional team data management
- Oversee consistent deployment of constituent data across various channels to reinforce a fully integrated marketing approach
- Develop new and manage current segments and selections for marketing efforts
- Other duties as required
Skills & Experience:
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and reliability in all data processes
