Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with experience in control panel operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving processes necessary to facilitate control panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products
- Prepare shipments by assembling, packing, and labeling items appropriately
- Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies as needed
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate efficient workflow
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Collaborate across multiple departments
- Notify appropriate departments of outgoing shipments
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials
- Operate forklift and pallet jack
What we need you to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in shipping and receiving procedures
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in both a warehouse and manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment such as: Hi/Low Reach Truck & Tow Motor

- Experience using hand tools such as electric and manual screwdrivers, wire strippers, and crimpers
- Experience with an ERP System
Additional Information:
- Travel Requirements 5 - 10% travel
