What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agile Coach position at Millennium Corporation?
Millennium Corporation is hiring an Agile Coach to work in a Hyrbid capacity from the National Capitol Region. All candidates MUST have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration.
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile practices among various teams, ensuring integration and uniform progression towards collective goals.
- Work in close cooperation with PMO personnel to harmonize Agile transformation activities with overarching program objectives and milestones.
- Utilize extensive experience in team-of-teams and/or SAFe environments to advance large-scale Agile operations and methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance and support to Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Product Managers in SAFe environments, emphasizing their vital roles in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for value creation. Similarly, extend experienced advisory to the Program Management Office (PMO) in non-SAFe, team-of-teams settings.
- Lead and mentor the organization in adopting Agile practices, advocating for ongoing enhancement aligned with a team-of-teams approach.
- Develop, institute, and endorse Agile best practices and standards, contributing to the elevation of the program's Agile capability and maturity.
Qualifications
- ALL candidates must have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of direct experience within agile coaching in a SAFe environment.
- Agile Certifcation
- Practical Experience as a Scrum Master / RTE
- Large Agile Frameworks experience
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
