Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to support and optimize our Salentica platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics administration, automation, and system integrations. This role requires expertise in configuring and customizing applications, leveraging automation tools, and ensuring seamless platform operations to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure the Salentica application to align with business requirements.
- Leverage application automation, platform automation, and system integrations to enhance efficiency.
- Perform new user setup, ensuring smooth onboarding and access management.
- Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring to ensure system stability.
- Provide technical support for the Salentica team and resolve system issues.
- Troubleshoot and support third-party integrations to maintain seamless operations.
- Assist in TOM migration support, ensuring smooth data transitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and functionality.
Daily Functions:
Data Management & Monitoring
- Check DataBroker feed daily (Feed from Black Diamond).
- Manually set configuration exceptions for record associations that do not automatically update within DataBroker.
New User Setup
- Coordinate with Client's Internal IT team for user provisioning in Azure Active Directory.
- Request purchase of additional Dynamics 365 licenses from Salentica.
- Assign Salentica Security Roles to new users and create Business Units & Access Teams as needed.
- Maintain Security Structure Documentation for user access management.
Routine Maintenance & Monitoring
- Monitor database capacity and ensure optimal system performance.
- Track and resolve Power Automate errors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Implement system changes, including modifications to Views, Dashboards, Forms, and Fields.
Salentica Team Interface
- Act as escalation point for Integrity users experiencing system-related issues.
- Interface with Salentica Support team for issue resolution, training, system upgrades, and development work.
- Attend implementation calls to gain deep knowledge of custom configurations, including Workflow Manager, Business Rules, Power Automate, and Process Flows.
- Support and manage custom integrations, including Nexus, Lead Center, and others.
Third-Party Integrations Support
- Support and troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors, such as RingCentral and Docupace.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics systems administration.
- Expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and API integrations.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
- Proficiency in automation tools, such as Python and PowerShell.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
