The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a deep understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.Job Role : Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationshipsRegularly communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and business challenges.Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.Identify, target, and acquire new clients in public sector.Partner with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions.
