We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to build our public sector client base and expand existing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a deep understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.Job Role : Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationshipsRegularly communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and business challenges.Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.Identify, target, and acquire new clients in public sector.Partner with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions. Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 3-5 years of business development experience in the staffing and recruitment industry.Strong understanding of staffing services, industry standards, and client acquisition strategies in the public sector, specifically State of TexasExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and other staffing related software.For immediate consideration, email resume to : RECRUITING@MILLGROUPUSA.COM
