Job Duties:
Proficiently document and articulate stories to execution teams including clear and concise acceptance criteria, decision documentation, and appropriate hand-off conversations
Escalate impediments or blockers in a timely fashion to avoid unnecessary delays
Maintain a healthy and prioritized team backlog
Demonstrate effective test plan creation and oversight of user acceptance testing
Required:
4 years in a current Product Owner role
P&C insurance experience
Business/Requirement Analysis
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience collaborating with and being the liaison between business stakeholders and IT developers
Agile
JIRA and MS Office tools
