Job Responsibilities:
Support the design team by defining business problems and design requirements
Facilitate design sessions
Collaborate with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
Navigate the entire work stream from discovery through delivery.
Participate in research efforts and synthesize findings
Create end-to-end member experiences
Requirements:
4 years of UX Design
Strong Figma skills experience
UX research knowledge/understanding
Experience with Design Language Systems/Style Guides
Human Centered Design experience or experience with research data
UserZoom experience is a plus.
Enterprise level experience is preferred.
